Task Scrubber

Daily chase list

The action items. One list. The chase email, drafted.

Task Scrubber pulls action items from registers, meeting minutes, and Outlook into one daily list, and it drafts the chase emails in your own Outlook.

Example only. This is not a live board.

How it works

Connect sources

Sign in with Microsoft. Import a register or a sheet, bring in meeting minutes, and connect the Outlook mailbox you want on the list.

Overdue, Do Now, Up Next

The day view sorts what you owe into Overdue, Do Now, and Up Next so the chase starts from the list, not from a search through mail.

Draft the chase email

My Day writes a draft into your own Outlook. Task Scrubber does not send it. You review the draft and send it yourself, if you send it at all.
