Agreement
These terms are between you and Excel Error LLC, 20406 Stone Falls Ct, Cypress, TX 77433, for Task Scrubber at https://taskscrubber.com and the Task Scrubber iPhone app.
They are effective September 30, 2026.

The service
Task Scrubber pulls action items from sources you connect, including registers, sheets, meeting minutes, and Outlook, into a daily list. It can save chase-email drafts in your Outlook. It does not send those emails for you.
You need a Microsoft account. You are responsible for that account and for the permissions you grant. Work or school accounts may need your IT administrator to consent before mail or files will connect.
Subscription and cancellation
Paid checkout is not available today. Pricing is coming soon. Task Scrubber is free while in early access.
When a paid plan is offered, what it costs and how renewal works will be shown before you pay. You may cancel a future paid subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges. Access already paid for continues through the end of that period. We will say how to cancel in the product before the first charge. To stop using Task Scrubber now, sign out and email help@excelerror.com if you want the workspace deleted.
Acceptable use
Use Task Scrubber for your own work. You must have the rights to the files, minutes, and mail you connect.
- Do not try to open another person's workspace.
- Do not break, probe, or overload the service.
- Do not upload unlawful content.
- Do not use the service to send spam. The product does not send mail for you, and you are responsible for anything you later send from your own mailbox.
Your content
You keep ownership of the tasks, files, and mail content you import. You give Excel Error LLC permission to host and process that content only to provide Task Scrubber. Outlook messages and drafts stay in Microsoft 365.
No warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." Excel Error LLC DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS THAT DISCLAIMER.
Task lists, imports, and drafts can be incomplete or wrong. You review a draft before you send it. You are responsible for mail you send.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY TEXAS LAW, EXCEL ERROR LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR LOST-PROFITS DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, TASKS, OR MAIL.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR TASK SCRUBBER IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
Some places do not allow these limits. Where a limit is not allowed, it applies only to the extent the law permits.
Ending access
You may stop using Task Scrubber at any time. We may suspend access if you break these terms or if we must do so to protect the service or other people. How stored data is deleted is described in the privacy policy.
Texas law
Texas law governs these terms, without its conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in the State of Texas are the venue for disputes, except where the law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using Task Scrubber after that date, the updated terms apply.
